a chevron oil refinery had a massive explosion (and I mean MASSIVE) and it’s polluting the air with toxic smoke just barely north of where I live. PLEASE, PEOPLE IN THE CALIFORNIA NORTH BAY RICHMOND AREA STAY INDOORS THE POLICE ARE TELLING PEOPLE TO LOCK DOWN IN CLOSED PLACES WHERE THEY KNOW THE AIR IS CLEAN AND UNREACHED BY THE SMOKE.
