Holy shit you guys there’s this cheese that’s like the ungodly offspring of brie and gorgonzola and it’s SO GOOD. Is there any occasion for which stinky cheese is undesirable? I think not. In any case, New Year’s Eve is a perfect time for stinky cheese. We bought some goat cheese brie and cambozola from Trader Joe’s, along with steaks and copious amounts of wine....
